Carole Beauvais

Carole Beauvais was born in Val D’Or, Abitibi, Québec, Canada in 1971.
She received her BFA from Concordia University (Montréal) in 1997, majoring in studio arts with a concentration in sculpture. Her artwork is a conceptual intricate process of colors found in nature, patterns, and symbols.

Art Avenue Gallery epresents Canadian artists. We are interested in all contemporary media including painting, drawing, mixed media , sculpture, and photography.

The gallery welcomes submissions from artists seeking representation throughout the year. We do not accept proposals for single exhibitions, but rather for gallery representation. We do not make appointments or view portfolios during gallery hours

We welcomes email submissions. Please ensure your email subject line reads “Portfolio Submission”.

Art Avenue was established in 1968 as the Frame Shoppe and Gallery on Mount Pleasant Avenue in Toronto. Then, in 1985 the Gallery moved to 1730 Avenue Road under the management of Ron and Betty Piddington, few stores up from its current location at 1710 Avenue Road, North York, Toronto . Since 1996 under the management of Joe Ohayon the corporate identity was changed to Art Avenue Gallery to better reflect a new orientation and the stated goal to become an alternative for
Art buyers north of dowtown Toronto. With the new transformation Art Avenue Gallery moved away from limited edition reproductions to exclusively represent young and upcoming artists committed to creating original art in a variety of mediums.
Over time Art Avenue Gallery has developed a unique cooperation and relationship with a group of committed artists that have achieved a level of maturity that allows them to pursue their craft with artistic expression and integrity. Throughout the years Art Avenue has been proud to provide our in-house artists with the support necessary to exhibit in our venue at no cost to them. As a result, Art Avenue has facilitated and extended their exposure to our own patrons which have become longtime supporters of the
artists represented by Art Avenue.
